The seat is made of cobalt-based hardfacing alloy, which is usually composed of metals and non-metal elements such as tungsten, cobalt, and carbon. This material has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, allowing it to maintain a stable surface and size under the erosion of high-speed fluid or solid particle media, thus effectively extending the service life of the valve.

YG6 It has high abrasiveness and is suitable for semi-finishing and finishing cast iron, non-ferrous metals, alloys, and non-metallic materials.
YG6X It is a fine-grained tungsten carbide alloy. Its wear resistance is higher than that of YG6, and its usage strength is close to that of YG6 alloy. It is suitable for processing chilled alloy cast iron and heated alloy steel and is also suitable for finishing ordinary cast iron.
YG8 High bending strength, impact resistance, and vibration resistance are better than YG6, suitable for low-speed rough machining of cast iron, non-ferrous metals, alloys, and non-metallic materials
YG20 Cold heading, cold punching, and hot forging dies are commonly used to make standard parts
YN7 Non-magnetic alloy, commonly used as sealing rings and non-magnetic wear parts

Product parameters

Classification by shape:
Ball valve seat: mainly used for ball valves. The spherical valve seat cooperates with the spherical valve core to achieve good sealing and flexible switching operation in fluid control. Since ball valves are widely used in pipeline systems, there is also a greater demand for spherical carbide valve seats, which are suitable for occasions that require frequent switching and have high sealing performance requirements.
Conical seat: Commonly used in plug valves. The cone surface of the conical valve seat fits closely with the cone surface of the valve core to form a seal. This valve seat structure can withstand higher pressure and has better sealing performance in the closed state, making it suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions.
Pancake-shaped valve seat: generally used in butterfly valves and gate valves. The shape of the round cake-shaped valve seat matches the butterfly plate of the butterfly valve or the gate plate of the gate valve, which can ensure the smooth passage or interception of fluid during the opening and closing process of the valve. The round cake-shaped carbide valve seat has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for pipeline systems with various media.
Round cover type valve seat: mainly used for globe valves and check valves. The dome-type valve seat cooperates with the valve disc of the stop valve or the opening and closing parts of the check valve to realize the function of the valve. This kind of valve seat has a simple structure and good sealing performance, and can effectively prevent the backflow and leakage of the medium.
